Method as exponent, not machinery.
一个 method 的价值不该按它制造了多少可见流程来计算。任务已经清楚时，它可以保持 direct；风险、歧义或 blast radius 增大时，再加载更强的 design、debug、review、TDD 或 verification 方法。
Servotab 把这个判断写进了 activation topology：只有 router 具备 implicit eligibility，十二个 leaves 保持 explicit-only。它们提供可选择的方法，不把 plan、worktree、subagent、第二轮 review 或额外 ceremony 变成每个任务的默认税。
这仍然只是一条截至今天的 product thesis。它不证明 plugin 在所有项目里更强，也不把一次本地 behavior receipt 扩写成长期质量。更窄的要求是：method 出场时应当增加判断的幂；没有增加时，就应该安静退后。
